Vegetable and Kielbasa

- 2 handfuls of green beans, cut
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 sweet potato, diced
- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- kielbasas, chopped
- 2 T. ghee
Chop all of the veggies in bite size pieces. On a griddle, like a Blackstone grill, melt some ghee and begin frying the vegetables. If you don't have a griddle, a wok or skillet would work too. When the vegetables are beginning to soften, add the kielbasa and continue frying.
