Enchiladas

- rotisserie chicken, shredded

- 1 can (large) green enchilada sauce

- 1 can diced green chilies

- 1 can jalapeno salsa

- quesadilla cheese

- cotija cheese

- fiesta blend cheese

- 1 package flour tortillas

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix enchilada sauce, jalapeno salsa and green chilies. Put a little bit of sauce mixture down on the bottom of the pan, just enough to coat. Take a tortilla and fill it with chicken and quesadilla cheese. Roll it up and place it seam side down. Repeat until all the tortillas are gone. Pour the sauce mixture on top. Top with a mixture of fiesta blend cheese and cotija cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
