Asparagus Twists

- 12 asparagus spears, ends trimmed
- 6 slices of bacon
- puff pastry
- 1 egg
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the bacon lengthwise and wrap around each asparagus. Cut puff pastry into 1/2" strips and wrap around the bacon and asparagus. Beat the egg with a little bit of water. Egg wash each twist. Cook for 24 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown.
