Tenderloin Tips and Mushrooms

Steak:
- 1 lb. tenderloin tips
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 T. vegetable oil
- 2 T. balsamic vinegar
- 1 T. sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. black pepper
Mushrooms:
- 2 T. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. cremini mushrooms
- 2 T balsamic vinegar
- 2 T. butter
- parsley (optional)
Mix everything for the steak together and marinade over night. Remove steak from the marinade and pat dry. Fry for about 3 or 4 minutes on each side. Remove steak and place on a plate. Add mushrooms to the pan and cook until all of the juices are released. Add vinegar and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add butter and stir until melted. Place steak back into the pan and serve.
