Fajitas

- 1 lb. tenderloin tips, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- tortillas for serving
- 1 T. fajita seasoning
Fajita seasoning:
- 1/4 cup Ancho chile pepper
- 2 T. ground cumin
- 1 T. salt
- 4 t. black pepper
- 3 t. dried oregano
- 2 t. paprika
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. onion powder
- 1 t. parsley
Mix all ingredients together. Use 1 Tablespoon of seasoning for 1 pound of meat.
Season meat with fajita seasoning. In a skillet, add meat and fry for a couple minutes. Add vegetables and continue to fry. Serve with tortillas.
