Keto Biscuits

- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 T. baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 4 T. butter, melted
- 1/3 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all of the dry ingredients. Add the rest of the wet ingredients and continue mixing. Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray. Pour batter into the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Breakfast Sandwiches:
Cut biscuit in half. Fill with a sausage patty, egg and cheese.
