Marry Me Chicken

- 5 chicken thighs
- salt and pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 sprigs of thyme
- 1 t. red pepper flakes
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 jar sun dried tomatoes, drained
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
Pre-heat oven to 375. In an oven safe skillet heat some olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place skin side down and get a good sear. Then, flip and do the same on the other side. Remove chicken from the skillet and add garlic, thyme, red pepper flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Then, add the chicken broth, heavy cream, sun dried tomatoes and Parmesan. Bring to a simmer and add the chicken back to the pan skin side up. Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
