Egg Roll in a Bowl

- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 6 cups cabbage, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 T. ground ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- salt and pepper
In a hot pan, cook pork until browned. Add cabbage, onion, garlic and ginger and cook for a few minutes. Add soy sauce and continue to cook until there isn't any liquid left.
