Pop Tarts

Pop Tart:

- pie crust

- fruit preserves

- egg wash

Frosting:

- 2 cups powdered sugar

- 3 T. milk

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Roll pie crust out thin. Use a pizza cutter to cut the desired shape. Place the bottom crust down and put a spoonful or 2 of fruit preserves in the middle. Place the top crust and crimp the edges. Place the pop tarts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Egg wash the pop tarts and poke holes in the top of the pop tart. Bake for 18 minutes. Mix the frosting, you can add a little more or less milk to get the right consistency. Frost the pop tarts and even add sprinkles if you would like.
