Sushi

Sushi Rice:

Wash 2 cups of rice and cook in a rice cooker. Let it sit, on warm, for 10 minutes. Mix 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar and 1 tablespoon sugar, salt and pepper together and pour over rice. Make sure everything is coated. Let cool in the fridge.

Spicy Tuna:

Mix 2 packets of tuna, 1 tablespoon Sriracha, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, and a dash of hot chile oil. Chill in the fridge.

Lay a piece of seaweed shiny side down. Spread rice on the seaweed; leaving a gap at one end. Fill with your favorite items. Flip the end and press and hold over the fillings to make it tight. Then, tightly roll the rest of the roll.

Salmon Sushi:

- seaweed

- sushi rice

- carrots

- avocado

- cucumber

- smoked salmon

Spicy Tuna:

- seaweed

- sushi rice

- carrots

- avocado

- cucumber

- tuna mixture
