Fried Rice

- 3 cups cold rice, washed and cooked

- 2 T. oil

- 1 onion, diced

- 2 cloves garlic, diced

- 3 T. soy sauce

- 1 T. oyster sauce

- 4 eggs

- 1 bag frozen peas

- 1 bag frozen carrots

- 3 pork chops, cooked and cut into bite size pieces

In a wok, add oil and heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until transparent. Add 3 cups cold rice and keep frying for a few more minutes. Add sauces and cook until everything is incorporated. Make a "well" in the middle and crack 4 eggs and start scrambling. When they are done, stir them in with the rest of the rice. Add frozen veggies and cook until warm. Add pork and mix. Serve. Try it with chicken or shrimp too. Try serving it in a pineapple with small pieces of pineapple mixed in also.
