Baby Back Ribs

- 1 rack of baby back ribs
- 1 t. dry mustard
- 1 T. steak seasoning
- 1 t. "slap ya mama" seasoning
Grilling on indirect heat at about 300 degrees for 1 hour. Then, transfer to direct heat to finish at about 350 degrees. Enjoy plain or with your favorite barbecue sauce.
