Bourbon Baked Beans

- 6 slices of bacon, cut into pieces

- 1 Vidalia onion

- 1/2 cup ketchup

- 2 T. mustard

- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1 oz. bourbon

- salt and pepper

- cayenne pepper

- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce

- 3 can of Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed

In a Dutch oven, cook the bacon and place on a paper towel to the side. Add the onion and cook until done. Then add the rest of the sauce ingredients. Once the sauce is well combined, adde the beans. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and stir in the bacon. Serve and enjoy.
