5 Spice Riblets

- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard

- 2 T. sambal oelek

- 1/2 maple syrup

- 1/2 t. five spice powder

- 1 t. salt

- sesame seeds

- 1 1/2 lb. pork riblets

Combine all marinade ingredients. Add the riblets and place in the fridge overnight. Place in a baking dish and cook at 350 degrees for 75 minutes. This would pair well with sticky rice.
