Cabbage Steaks

- 1 green cabbage, cut into 1" slices

- olive oil

- sea salt

- pepper

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Lay cabbage slices on a roasting pan. Drizzle oil on the cabbage steaks. Season with salt and pepper. Flip the cabbage steaks and do the same to the other side. Roast for 30 minutes. Flip and roast for another 30 minutes. Enjoy.
