Philly Cheese Steak

- 1 strip steak, thinly sliced

- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

- 1/2 cup onion, sliced

- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, sliced

- salt and pepper

In a skillet, fry all of the vegetables until they are soft. Remove the vegetables from the pan and fry the steak in the same pan. Season meat with salt and pepper. Once the meat is done, add the vegetables back to the pan and mix together. Spread everything in an even layer on the pan. Lay slices of provolone on top of everything until it is melted. Serve on a toasted hoagie bun.
