Lemon Ginger Chicken

- 1 chicken breast, cut in slices
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 t. ginger, minced
- 1/8 t. salt
- 1/8 t. red pepper flakes
Mix everything except for the chicken together and place in a bag with the chicken. Marinade chicken overnight or longer. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Place the chicken in a small pan and cook for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes on the other side.
