Pork Ribs

- pork spare ribs

- black pepper

- seasoning salt

- paprika blend seasoning

Season ribs and smoke for four hours. Then, turn up the heat to 225 degrees for one and a half hours to finish. Enjoy on their own or with some barbecue sauce.
