Low-Carb Big Mac

Special Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 T. yellow mustard
- 1 T. ketchup
- 1 T. pickle relish
- 3 t. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. paprika
- 1/4 t. salt
- 4 ground beef patties (we used Vidalia onion patties)
- 4 slices of American cheese
- seasoning salt
- pepper
- lettuce
- tomato slices
- sesame seeds (optional)
Mix all of the ingredients for the special sauce together. Light a gas grill and heat up. Season the patties with seasoning salt and pepper. Throw the patties on the grill and cook until done. Add cheese during the last minute on the grill. Wrap each burger (or two) in a lettuce leaf with a tomato slice, special sauce and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
