Lemon Peas

- 1 bag frozen peas

- 1 lemon

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 2 sprigs of thyme leaves

- parmesan, freshly grated

In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the zest of 1 lemon, minced garlic, and thyme. When the garlic starts to brown, add the juice of your lemon. Mix the sauce together. Add peas until they are heated. Grate parmesan on top of your peas and serve.
