Cloud Eggs

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. In an electric mixer, whisk the egg whites until the come to a hard peak. Spoon egg white mixture onto the baking sheet into 4 equal mounds. Create a well in the middle of each of egg mixture. Bake for 3 minutes. Add one egg yolk in the middle of each cloud. Bake for an additional 3 minutes.
