Pita Pizza

- 2 pita breads

- creamy basil Alfredo sauce

- red pizza sauce

- roasted red peppers

- black olives

- mushrooms, sliced

- red onion, sliced thin

- sausage, cooked and crumbled

- bacon, cooked and sliced thin

- chicken breast, cooked and cubed

- mozzarella cheese

On the first pita bread, spread the white sauce. Top with roasted red peppers, black olives, mushrooms, red onion, chicken and cheese.

On the second pita bread, spread the red sauce. Top with black olives, red onions, sausage, bacon and cheese.

Throw each of these in the pizza oven ( we used the pizzaque)

at 700 degrees for about 10 minutes, rotating half way.
