Buffalo "Hot Wing" Soup

- 3 cups soup stock
- 4 chicken boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1 T. ranch seasoning
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 T. ghee or butter
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Add all of the ingredients except the cheese to your Instant Pot. Cook on the "Soup/Broth" setting. Quick release the Instant Pot when it is done. Shred the chicken and add it back to the pot. Stir in the cheddar cheese and enjoy!
