Stuffed Portobella Mushrooms

- 2 portobella mushrooms
-1/4 lb sausage
-1/4 cup diced onions
-1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
-thyme
-salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 385 degrees. Brown the sausage in a frying pan. Remove the sausage from the pan. Caramelize the onions, using the same pan. Place the sausage back into your pan and add the thyme. Let all of the flavors marry together. On a baking sheet, fill your portabella mushrooms as full as possible. Then, top them with mozzarella cheese. Bake the mushrooms for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese begins to brown.
